Deze zesde editie voor de regio werd voor de eerste keer bij Gebouwde Omgeving in Bussum georganiseerd. Dit jaar meldde zich 16 teams aan waarvan uiteindelijk 14 teams aan de regiofinale meededen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het team De Spikeys van basisschool de Zevensprong uit Eemnes won als over-all winnaar een plek in de landelijke finale. Daar strijden zij op 18 maart met alle regionale winnaars voor de nationale titel. De finale wordt op 18 maart door Jet-Net &amp; TechNet georganiseerd in Delft.<\/p>\n<p>Jongeren van 9 tot 15 jaar uit de regio gingen met hun LEGOrobot de uitdaging aan om punten te scoren bij de missies op de wedstrijdtafel. Ook werden de teams beoordeeld op hun innovatieproject die ze aan een vakjury presenteerden. Verder werd gekeken naar de samenwerking als team en de wijze waarop de robot was gebouwd en geprogrammeerd. Juryleden komen uit het lokale bedrijfsleven en het onderwijs.
