Na een inwerkperiode hebben we de werkwijze en tooling aangepast. Hierdoor hebben we een zo optimaal mogelijke manier om snel van meetopstelling te kunnen wisselen. We gebruiken hiervoor het \u201cLANG\u201d -nulpunt spansysteem, dat ook in de fabriek wordt gebruikt om mallen en\/of producten op te spannen. In de fabriek wordt het \u201cLang\u201d-systeem gebruikt om de producten te kunnen bewerken. In de meetkamer om de producten te fixeren en dan te kunnen meten.<\/p>\n<p>Doordat we een grote diversiteit aan producten maken, ontstond ook de behoefte aan meer meet- tasters in de meetmachine. 5 stuks bleek vaak net te weinig. Daarom is nu een nieuw Multi Sensor Rack ge\u00efnstalleerd. De eerste in Nederland. Daarin zitten nu 6 standaard mogelijkheden voor de meet-tasters.
