De bijeenkomst werd begonnen met een kroketten, een heerlijke traktatie. Er werd gesproken over het nut van opleiden en kansen op de arbeidsmarkt of voor het up to dat blijven in je vak. Anton heeft de medewerkers uitgelegd dat er extra budget beschikbaar was voor opleidingen. Er kon per medewerker deelgenomen worden. Vrijwel iedereen maakte van deze gelegenheid gebruik en schreef zich in.
